Bartram Beach Homes began with a single second home on Bartram Avenue Beach — a place that has been woven into our family story for over 45 years. When we started hosting guests 15 years ago, we made a decision:

Jason brings more than two decades of real estate, hospitality, and enterprise technology experience to every home he manages. He has personally built and operated a 24-door residential portfolio and spent 15 years hosting thousands of families and groups along the Jersey Shore — earning placement in the top 5% of all listings on the major booking platforms. Alongside an active career spanning brand strategy, marketing technology, and general management at companies ranging from regional consultancies to KKR-owned enterprises, he built Bartram Beach Homes on the same performance standards he applies at the executive level every day.

Absolutely. Your personal dates are blocked the moment you tell us — no questions asked. Your home is yours first. We manage around your schedule, not the other way around.
Every booking includes up to $1 million in damage protection with no deductible required. Our guest screening process reduces the risk significantly, and our exterior cameras and Minut monitoring devices add an additional layer of deterrence. But if something happens, you’re covered — completely.
You have real-time access to your owner portal — bookings, revenue, maintenance logs, and calendar. After every service visit, you receive a written report with photos. We don’t wait for you to ask.
We recommend a multi-channel approach for maximum occupancy — including your listing on Airbnb, VRBO, and our direct booking site, which accounts for a significant share of our total revenue. You’re not dependent on any single platform, and direct bookings reduce your cost per acquisition.
